FDA Recalls Morphine Sulfate ER Due to Potentially Deadly Label Mix-Up

Bryant Ranch Prepack Inc. is voluntarily recalling one lot of morphine sulfate 30 mg Extended-Release tablets and one lot of morphine sulfate 60 mg Extended-Release tablets, as the labels for these two products were mixed-up.
