For the seventh year, Healthesystems conducted the Workers’ Comp Industry Insights Survey in collaboration with Risk & Insurance® magazine. The goal of the survey is to recognize the top trends, challenges, and priorities of the workers’ comp industry, while also gaining valuable insights about industry concerns each year, as well as tracking trends over time.
Approximately 515 industry stakeholders completed the survey, representing a wide range of roles and organizations, both in-person at the National Comp Conference and online through November 2024. Respondents shared their thoughts on:
