The Wisconsin Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council (WCAC) will hold a public hearing on December 10th via WebEx to gather stakeholder input on potential updates to the Wisconsin Workers’ Compensation Act (WAC).
The WCAC, which advises the Department of Workforce Development and the legislature, uses a collaborative agreed-bill process to shape workers' compensation laws. Held every odd-numbered year, this hearing marks the first step towards setting priorities for the 2025 legislative session.
Virtual attendees must register in advance. Stakeholders can also submit written comments by email, with a deadline of January 10, 2025.
