The Vermont Department of Labor has partnered with Fair Health to update Rule 40, the Medical Fee Schedule. As part of the rule-making process, Fair Health is inviting feedback from stakeholders who use this schedule.

Stakeholders are encouraged to submit comments to VTFeedback@fairhealth.org by December 15, 2024. Once a draft of the updated rule is available, it will be posted on the Department of Insurance's website for comment.
