The Texas Department of Insurance will host a CompCourses webinar on December 11th at 1:00 PM CST, focusing on compliance within the Texas workers' comp system. The webinar will provide an overview of the Division of Workers’ Comp’s (DWC) regulatory efforts, including administrative and criminal law.

Attendees will learn:

• The differences between complaints and disputes
• The administrative violation process
• The lifecycle of a fraud case

This course is approved for one hour of general education credit through the Texas Department of Insurance. CompCourses include a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A to earn CE credit. Attendees must be present for the entire webinar, including the Q&A to receive credit.
