On March 20, the Industrial Commission of Arizona published its 2026 medical fee schedule. The schedule increases the maximum reimbursement for topical compounds, urges pharmacies to select the lowest-AWP medication when available, establishes reimbursement limits for over-the-counter drugs, and prohibits denials of physical therapy services based solely on NCCI Edits.

The updated fee schedule is effective May 1, 2026.
