The Arizona Industrial Commission’s Medical Resource Office (MRO) announced training webinars for providers, payers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). The provider training includes four 30-minute webinars covering:

• An overview of the workers' compensation system
• Preauthorization and peer review processes
• Billing, appeals, and dispute resolution
• State-specific workers’ compensation requirements

Training for payers and third-party administrators will address treatment guidelines, preauthorization and peer review, and managing medical benefits. Providers, payers, and third-party administrators must register for an account in the ICA Community Portal to access the webinar listings and registration details.
