Back to Regulatory Recap
Arizona Senate Bill 1551 was recently introduced, which would allow the Industrial Commission to adopt a fee schedule for medical care, dental care, and supplies received by injured employees.
Additionally, the bill would increase temporary total disability benefits and revise the definition of “interested party” to include TPAs or authorized representatives of an insurer.
The bill has passed the Senate with a 24-3 vote and now heads to the House of Representatives.
