The 2023 Florida Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) Educational Conference is taking place from October 29th through November 1st in Ft. Lauderdale, and will feature networking events and educational presentations focused on risk management.
Among the thought leaders who will deliver educational presentations is Healthe’s VP of Clinical Services, Silvia Sacalis, BS, PharmD, who will join the educational panel Harnessing the Injured Worker’s Influence on Claims Outcomes.
This presentation will focus on findings from a study examining aspects of the injured worker experience and potential barriers encountered throughout the workers’ comp process, as well as discuss muti-modal strategies for improving this experience and encouraging patients to take a more active role in their recovery.
Dr. Sacalis will be joined by Alice Wells, CWCL, AIC, Executive Director TPA Operations, Johns Eastern Company, and Greg Nichols, President of SPNet.
The presentation will take place October 30th at 3:35 PM in Grand Ballroom E.
