The Montana Department of Labor proposed updates to the medical fee schedule and formulary, including:

• The adoption of the 2026 ODG Drug Formulary
• Revisions to conversion factors by the department of goods and services, other than anesthesia services
• Increased ambulance reimbursement rates

A public, remote hearing on the proposal will take place May 28th at 9:00 AM, and written comments will be accepted through June 5th. Once everything is reviewed, the proposal is expected to take effect July 1, 2026.
