The California Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) issued a Notice of Public Hearing regarding proposed evidence-based updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS).

The proposed update would incorporate the latest ACOEM Guideline for Knee Disorders. A virtual public hearing to discuss the proposal will be held Friday, October 16th at 10:00 AM PST. Members of the public are invited to review and comment on the proposed update. Written comments must be submitted by Friday, October 16, 2026.
