The California Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) announced the launch of public pilot testing for its new Pharmacy Fee Calculator, a tool designed for the upcoming Pharmacy Fee Schedule, effective July 1, 2025.

The pilot test will run from April 24 to May 8, 2025, allowing users to explore the calculator's functionality and provide feedback to the DWC before its official rollout.

The test site is available on the DWC website. Feedback can be submitted via email to DWCFeeSchedule@dir.ca.gov. The new Pharmacy Fee Schedule regulations, effective for dates of service starting July 1, 2025, are also available online.

This initiative aims to enhance user experience and ensure the calculator meets the needs of stakeholders ahead of its implementation.
