The Washington Department of Labor and Industries’ new WordBridge on-demand telephonic interpretation service launched on January 2, 2025, replacing CTS Language Link, which remains available through February.

Providers can validate claim eligibility before initiating services to ensure payment for interpretation. Self-insured employers must cover interpretation costs under the updated Medical Aid Rules and Fee Schedule (MARFS), including new rates effective November 1, 2024.
