The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division will hold a rulemaking advisory committee meeting on November 3rd at 1:00 PM, and if necessary, a follow-up meeting on November 10th at 1:00 PM, to discuss potential updates to key regulations.

The hybrid meeting will cover:

• OAR 436-009, “Oregon Medical Fee and Payment Rules,"
• OAR 436-010, “Medical Services,"
• OAR 436-015, “Managed Care Organizations"
• OAR 436-030, “Claim Closure and Reconsideration"

Update the fee schedules via a temporary rule, effective January 1, 2027, to add new codes to appendices B through E.

Permanently update fee schedules using up-to-date billing codes and CMS’ January 1, 2027, RVUs and fee schedules (projected to be effective April 1, 2027).

Update adopted references to most recent versions, e.g., CPT 2027.
