The Nevada Division of Industrial Relations to the Department of Business and Industry has provided an updated notice of a public workshop concerning Executive Order 2026-003, which requires every executive branch department in the state to solicit stakeholder recommendations regarding regulations that should be streamlined, clarified, or removed.

This workshop was originally scheduled to take place September 24th, but has been rescheduled to October 12th at 2:00 PM, in person and online. After receiving comments from stakeholders and interested persons pursuant to the Executive Order, Division staff will substantively review the regulations discussed and/or proposed for streamlining, clarification, revision, or removal during the meeting and prepare a report for the Division to discuss and potentially act upon at a future meeting where further public comment will be possible.
